Lawsuit filed over Aurora water deal

The Lower Arkansas Valley Water Conservancy District filed a lawsuit Wednesday against the Bureau of Reclamation in federal court yesterday, claiming the government didn’t adequately study how its deal with Aurora would affect the basin, the Denver Post reported.
