USFS may expand motorized access to Aspen Mountain

The president of Powder to the People, a Colorado group that fights for expanded access to public lands for skiers and snowboarders, told the Aspen Times that the Forest Service is going to recommend opening parts of the Richmond Ridge area of Aspen Mountain to motorized users.
