Ritter’s comments on Roan expected today

Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter (D) is expected to release his comments today on the federal government’s plan for energy development on the Roan Plateau, the Denver Post reports. Ritter said his comments will focus on maximizing the economic benefits and minimizing the environmental impacts.
