Energy workers rally at Capitol

Hundreds of energy-industry workers rallied at the Capitol today to protest Gov. Bill Ritter’s (D) nominations for the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, warning that the panel’s restructuring could have dire consequences for the state’s economy.
