Ft. Collins divided over proposed dam

A proposed dam on the Cache la Poudre River would create a reservoir larger than the popular Horsetooth Reservoir, but opponents of the $431 million dam say it will strangle the little life that’s left in the Poudre, the Denver Post reports.
