Colorado to study effects of energy rules

The Colorado Department of Natural Resources and the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission will study the possible economic effects of new energy regulations, state Sen. Josh Penry (R) told the Grand Junction Daily Sentinel. Penry said industry leaders secured the agreement last week in a meeting with state leaders.
