Ritter to sign natural resource bills today

Gov. Bill Ritter (D) will sign four natural resource bills into law today, including legislation that requires developers of more than 50 housing units to prove that they have an adequate water supply for the development. Ritter is also expected to make an announcement later today regarding the cleanup of the Rocky Mountain Arsenal Superfund site.
