BLM’s NW Resource Advisory Council to meet in Kremmling

Chamber of Commerce.
The meeting is open to the public, with public comment periods scheduled for 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Agenda topics include:
· Updates from northwest Colorado BLM field offices
· Testing potential changes to national fire policy in Colorado
· Draft commercial oil shale regulations update
· Bark beetle management and forest health
· Grand Junction and White River field offices RMP subgroups
The Northwest Resource Advisory Council is one of three advisory councils to BLM Colorado. Composed of 15 members appointed by the Interior secretary, the northwest council advises the Grand Junction, White River, Little Snake, Kremmling and Glenwood Springs BLM field offices.
