Opposing sides on energy rules get a little bit closer

The Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission is set to review final proposals tomorrow for health, safety and water quality protections, many of which reflect input from industry, environmental groups and cities, the Denver Post reports. While industry still isn’t exactly happy about the rules, officials did acknowledge there have been improvements in the rules since they were first proposed.
