BLM seeks comments on proposed pipeline bear DeBeque

The Bureau of Land Management’s Grand Junction Field Office is seeking public comment on a proposed pipeline project located about six miles north of DeBeque.

Enterprise Gas Processing LLC is proposing to construct and operate a 6.3-mile natural gas pipeline to connect the Oxy Natural Gas Processing Plant and a compressor to the Great Divide Pipeline. About 3.3 miles of the pipeline would be constructed on BLM lands, with the remainder on private lands. The proposed pipeline would parallel an existing pipeline.

BLM will be preparing an environmental assessment on the so-called Logan Wash Pipeline Project and is accepting public
comments on the proposal through Sept. 10. The agency expects to complete the environmental assessment later this year.
